8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves 2 egg whites 1/2 c. skim milk 1/2 c. all purpose flour 1 tbsp. paprika 1 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1 c. dry bread crumbs, finely crushed 1/4 c. vegetable oil
Heat oven to 425 ° F. Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry with paper towels.
