2 c. shredded cooked chicken 1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cut into cubes 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1 c. ranch dressing 1/2 c. Louisiana-style hot sauce celery sticks and tortilla chips fresh parsley minces, for garnish
In a slow-cooker, combine the chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, hot sauce and ranch dressing. Cover and cook on low for 1 hour or until cheese is melted. Garnish with parsley (if desired) and serve with celery sticks and tortilla chips. Yields about 4 1/2 cups of dip.
