- 4 roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 small red onion, finely diced

- 1 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
- 2 avocados, peeled, pitted and diced
To start your Salsa sauce put tomatoes, red onions and chopped jalapeno into a mixing bowl. Stir vigorously. Stir in garlic, cilantro, olive oil and lime juice. Add diced avocados. Refrigerate for an hour.
