Beef and Cheese Wraps
Whether you're attending a Super Bowl party or hosting one, these Beef and Cheese Wraps will be a big hit. They're easy to make and travel well. This recipe makes a delicious finger food for any celebration. Your friends and family will enjoy having a platter piled high with these. These little rolled up sandwiches can be made with many different meats and cheeses. Experiment with different spreads and sauces you can spread on the tortillas for different taste sensations. You will want to make a variety. For different combinations, try ham and Swiss or turkey and American cheese. Rolled up reubens make great nibbles. You can even slice your wraps into bite size pieces to be served as appetizers.
4 flour tortillas (10" each), warmed 1 - 8 oz. spreadable chive and onion cream cheese 1 c. shredded carrots 1 c. shredded Jack cheese 1 lb. thinly sliced deli roast beef
Spread one side of warmed tortillas with the cream cheese. Then add a layer of carrots, Jack cheese, beef and lettuce. Roll up tight and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Cut in half or slice for appetizers.
