Place roast in an 11x7x1 1/2 inch. baking dish. Combine soy sauce and next 3 ingredients in a bowl. Stir well. Pour marinade mixture over beef. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 8 hours, turning occasionally. Remove roast from marinade. Place roast on a rack in a roasting pan. Bake at 350° F. for 1 hour or until center temperature is 150° (medium rare). Cool roast and thinly slice. Serve with Horseradish Sauce. Yields 8 - 10 servings. Horseradish Sauce1 c. whipping cream, whipped1 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. horseradish 1/8 tsp. salt Combine whipped cream and mayonnaise in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Fold in horseradish and salt. Yield: 3 1/4 cups.
