Hot Wing Dip


Since most of us have the ingredients in our pantries for this Hot Wing Dip, it's an easy chicken recipe to throw together for unexpected company. If you need more, just double the recipe. It's easy. It makes a great dip for your sports parties and family get-togethers. Everyone is sure to love it.

2 c. shredded cooked chicken
1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cut into cubes
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. ranch dressing
1/2 c. Louisiana-style hot sauce
celery sticks and tortilla chips
fresh parsley minces, for garnish

In a slow-cooker, combine the chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, hot sauce and ranch dressing. Cover and cook on low for 1 hour or until cheese is melted. Garnish with parsley (if desired) and serve with celery sticks and tortilla chips. Yields about 4 1/2 cups of dip.
