Christmas Recipes
This time of year always brings to mind all my favorite Christmas Recipes. You're busy baking Christmas Cookies, picking up last minutes things for your Christmas recipes and cooking the meal that is much anticipated all year. We're doing everything to get ready for the gathering of family and friends for the holidays. We're shopping for gifts, baking cookies, going to Christmas pageants, decorating the Christmas tree and planning our holiday feast. The hustle and bustle finally calms down when dinner is served.
Presents been opened and enjoyed, lights are sparkling and Christmas music is softly playing in the background; everyone's ready for the Holiday feast. Begin your Christmas dinner with a fresh Two Cheese Salad. Then present an impressive Eye of Round with Horseradish Sauce as your main course. For your sides try, Broccoli Supreme and Holiday Sweet Potato Casserole. Cranberries are an essential part of Christmas dinner, for me, whether you serve poultry, pork or beef. Cranberry Holiday Gelatin is an excellent recipe for using cranberries. It's so good you may even want to serve it for dessert. And speaking of desserts, a deliciously decadent Blackberry Jam Cake is sure to please everyone. I grew up expecting turkey on Thanksgiving and ham for Christmas. Both of these are wonderful meals but I do like to change it up sometimes. So I am offering a few non-traditional recipe ideas. All are delicious and you won't miss the ham or turkey.
Don't forget to include cookies with your other Christmas Recipes.
