Bacon Ranch Dip

Your Super Bowl party guests will love this Bacon Ranch Dip. It has the zesty flavor of ranch with a light smokey flavor from the bacon. I recommend using fresh bacon you have prepared yourself instead of the bacon "bits" you can buy at your grocer.

Make enough so you can place it in different locations so it's always handy to just reach and dip no matter where you are in the room. But not too far from the TV as you wouldn't want to miss any part of the game.

This is excellent with cut up vegetables such as, carrots, celery, marinated asparagus. They even make special crackers shaped like footballs that you can use for your party. Sometimes I like dipping crackers into my Bacon Ranch Dip. No matter what you serve with it, it's going to be delicious.

1/2 c. mayo
1/2 c. ranch dressing
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. fresh shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. crumbled bacon*
assorted vegetables
Cook bacon until crisp. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients (excluding vegetables) until well blended and smooth. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. This gives all the flavors time to meld. Serve with vegetables.

Yields 1 1/2 cups
